Explore Keystone/Summit County and the beautiful Mountain views, knowing you'll come home soon, curl up with a good book (or a good partner), pop into the hot tub, or maybe play a game of Darts or Scrabble, knowing your host cares about your stay. Wake up to a relaxing view of life in the Mountains. Walkable (or a quick ride via the Yellow Route) to Keystone Lake and Ice Rink (where you may want to stop in and have snack at one of the options available at Keystone Lake). House Rules

Check-in time is 4PM - 9PM / Check-Out time is 10 AM

Please, No Shoes Past the Main Entry.

No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.

This is a quiet and friendly community. Please respect this by keeping the music, etc. quiet after 10 PM and generally be respectful to the neighbors. Beside from the neighbors, the studio is directly across from the gated pool area and hot tub house (which you will have access to as part of our community). You as a short-term tenant fit are a part of our home owners agreement to be respectful and keep this area neat and tidy, and are asked to refrain from being loud and disturbing to our neighbors while using these amenities. We are good neighbors and committed to staying this way. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

You must also acknowledge

Must climb stairs - This is a studio with a 30 yard walk from parking to the studio. A staircase to the main entrance. Ice and snow may be challenging for some guests.

Some spaces are shared - Parking area is shared for Soda Springs II. There are neighboring Condo Buildings that have designated areas (Do Not Park There).
